Epic Solutions durable 7 lb rubber weights are designed to be used in all weather conditions. This rubber weight is dropped over the top of the 28" traffic cones. Combine the rubber weight & cones with our Cone Pro 500 or 600 series stanchions to create quick and easy traffic control. It is recommended that a 7 lb rubber weight be used for applications with the ConePro 600 stanchions for added stability and effectiveness.

To calculate the weight of your cone, just add the weight of your cone + the cone weight being used. If you have a 10 lb cone you would just add 7 lbs because this is a 7 lb cone weight. See full answer »

I can certainly understand that you are having an issue with an 18" cone supporting a cone topper. This cone weight is made to fit a "wide body" cone. Your 18" cone is considered a wide body cone and this weight will slip right over and sit directly on the cone base. If you can email which cone topper you have, I can help you determine the weight needed for the topper.
