All galvanized finish, made of heavy duty 14 gauge (.071" thick) steel u-channel webbing riveted back to back with aircraft quality aluminum rivets & Heavy-duty 1 1/2" x 1 1/2" vertical angles

I wish the system would've recommended the clips when I ordered the stanchions. I wasn't sure if they would come with my stanchions.

We apologize for any confusion regarding the wall clips. Our standalone stanchion posts do not come standard with wall receiver clips, as they are typically designed to connect to one another. However, our wall mount units do include wall clips as standard.

Yes this unit does come with a bracket which the gate will pull into. You would secure / lock into the closure piece provided.
