I wish the system would've recommended the clips when I ordered the stanchions. I wasn't sure if they would come with my stanchions.

Hello Adam,

We apologize for any confusion regarding the wall clips. Our standalone stanchion posts do not come standard with wall receiver clips, as they are typically designed to connect to one another. However, our wall mount units do include wall clips as standard.

We hope you have a great day and look forward to working with you again.

Best regards,

It is leaking and draining quickly. It appears the exterior glue or caulking seal broke, but the threaded receptacle appears to be in tact. It there an Interrior threaded flange or anything that secured it to the tank? Thank you VERY MUCH? See more »

There is not a specialized tool for the drain plugs. You can hand tighten or loosen them to remove. If they are difficult to remove, you can try using a 3/4" ratchet to loosen up.
